Rehearsal Dinner

We'll hold the Rehearsal Dinner at St. Paul's historic, family-owned Mancini's Char House & Lounge on June 8th, 2007 at 6:30 pm. The restaurant is a tradition for both Becky's and Nate's families.

Forty years ago Mancini's was just a family owned one room working man's bar. The owner Nick and Nate's grandfather, Sol, used to sit and talk for hours. Nick eventually bought the business next door, "Sam's unclaimed freight." Along with the dirty warehouse Nick found a box of steak house menus with silver lettering on them that said, "Char House." From these simple beginnings Nick built a steak house that is a Minnesota landmark. Sol would bring his family to Nick's often and it became a family tradition.

Today Mancini's Char House and Lounge is still one of Minnesota's best steak houses because they have not forgotten to keep it a simple working man's steak house. Becky's father Rich is proof of that, not only has it been a restaurant he has frequented for a very long time, but it also holds close ties to his union.

With such a family following, you know their steak has to be great. So, come with a healthy appetite and help us celebrate!
